Syracuse football recruiting: OLB/Safety Will Harper decommits due to coaching change
Class of 2016 outside linebacker/safety Will Harper has decommitted from Syracuse, because of the change in coaching staff, he tweeted Thursday. Harper is the first player to decommit from the Orange since former head coach Scott Shafer was fired on Nov. 23.
No SU commits strayed away during the coaching search, but now that Dino Babers has been hired as Shafer’s replacement, Harper made his announcement.
