Worker injured after falling from Watson Hall
A private contractor was taken to Upstate University Hospital this morning after he fell from Syracuse University’s Watson Hall. The victim has not yet been identified.
The man was placed in an ambulance before the Department of Public Safety officer on the scene was able to gather his name, age and condition, said Jennifer Horvath, DPS public information officer.
However, Horvath said, the officer at the scene did note that the man was conscious when placed in the ambulance.
The accident occurred at about 9 a.m. at the dormitory located at 405 University Place, she said.
